HMAs in the northern part of the state are not doing as well as those in the south, according to a story by The Daily Sentinel, with water hauling in progress at Sand Wash Basin and contemplated at Piceanace-East Douglas.
Water availability is okay at Little Bookcliffs and Spring Creek Basin, but deliveries may be required before the summer is over.
