The RFP appeared today on SAM.
The quantity is 3,000 tons, approximately 8,000 AUMs, to be delivered in 1,000-ton lots between October 1 and June 18 next year.
Proposals are due by August 10.
The facility can hold up to 1,850 wild horses and burros.
