Is this why so many 501c3 ‘sanctuaries’ are popping up cuz they see a double-dipping income stream, one subsidy from gov’t for ‘caring’ for WHB & a second dip from ecotourism/charging taxpayers to see their own ‘federally-protected’ WHB?
