No, the advocates did not invent an injectable retardant that can be administered with their darting equipment.  Instead, it’s a chemical treatment sprayed on the ground to inhibit flame propagation, according to a story posted today by KPNX News of Phoenix.

  1. Sounds crazy! What kind of retardant, and is it poisonous? Will it kill the grasses and then the horses will starve to death? Who’s really behind this scheme…..who will really profit?
