Seaman Roundup Continues

Forty six excess horses were captured in the first two days of the operation, which resumed on January 6.  One death was reported.

Thea area was zeroed out for horses in 2008 because “it no longer met the criteria for maintaining a thriving ecological balance with multiple uses,” according to the BLM.
