Scoping Out a New Wild Horse Refuge

Why would you spend $10 million for 5,000 deeded acres when you can spend $10 million for 5,000 deeded acres plus 25,000 public acres?

Base properties give you more value for your investment, get livestock off the public lands and put wild horses back on the range where they belong.

How about ranchers spend $10M for 5,000 deeded acres and NO public acres! They should never be allowed to graze their cattle anywhere near where wild horses and burros live. Never! they want to raise cattle and make money off of them then spend what is needed to buy their own land. Wild horses, burros and other wildlife should not suffer because of greedy ranchers, greedy and ill fun BLM employees, and our own government agencies who ignore this inhumane problem.
