Twin Peaks leads off the new year, followed by other HMAs that had been dropped from FY24 at the last minute.
The largest incident involves Adobe Town and Salt Wells Creek in Wyoming, with over 3,600 wild horses designated for removal, the final step in a plan to transition the HMAs to HAs.
