A U.S District judge ruled that the BLM cannot conduct maintenance roundups under its ten-year plans after it achieves AMLs, according to a news release dated April 1.
The decision may put an end to the agency’s long-term decisions where it gathers wild horses over ten-year intervals without taking public comment or examining new data.
