- Advocates poison cherished/beloved/innocent mares with ovary-killing pesticides
- Ranchers receive most of the food and water
- Donors pay for the destruction
Forget about HMAs and managing principally for wild horses, those ideas are as old and irrelevant as the Ten Commandments.
