The West Douglas HA was zeroed out because it doesn’t have enough food for wild horses yet the Twin Buttes Allotment, which overlaps most of the HA, offers 11,550 AUMs per year to livestock!
The 122 horses currently in their lawful home consume 1,464 AUMs per year.
