Ian to Drench Paynes Prairie and Cumberland Island Horses?

The latest track takes the center of the storm near Gainesville and Paynes Prairie Reserve State Park on Thursday afternoon, then up the coast near Cumberland Island on Friday afternoon, both areas known for their wild horses.
