Court Rejects Ten-Year Resource Enforcement Plan

A district court judge ruled that the BLM does not have authority to issue wild horse roundup decisions that are valid for ten years, according to a July 1 news release by Friends of Animals.

It’s not clear if the decision applies only to the Twin Peaks HMA, subject of the case, or to all HMAs.
