The area is in an elevated risk zone, according to a map at NV Energy’s PSOM page.
It includes BLM’s off-range corrals, destination of wild horses and burros captured in northern Nevada roundups.
The facility backs to the Pyramid Highway on the west and Ironwood Road on the south.
