The group did dispute a claim by the BLM that the horses and burros had enough water, following the removal of temporary water troughs, but the agency did not name them, or anybody else, as the source of the unauthorized water.

Western Horse Watchers Association, you will see our answer in federal court set for April in Salt Lake City. We were charged with 5 federal mis demeanors for alleged crimes. You are correct, we dispute BLM claims as well as the alleged crimes. I just saw this so am responding now, better late than never.
