Horses in this video, posted in 2015 by Nutnfancy, are almost certainly from the Onaqui Mountain HMA. The route taken by the riders, from Simpson Springs to Fish Springs NWR to Callao to Gold Hill, is described in this page at Wild Horse Tourist.
Simpson Springs was one of the mail stations along the historic Pony Express Trail.
